Soul Healer Coffee Company roasts fresh to order and ships directly to customers across the United States. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. PROCESSING & ROASTING TIMES

All coffee is roasted the same day it ships.

Typical processing time: 3-5 business days
(This may extend during holidays, high-volume periods, or promotions.)

We do not roast or ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times:

• FedEx Ground:3-5 business days
• USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–5 business days
• UPS Ground: 2–6 business days

Actual delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.


3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


4. SHIPPING RATES

Free shipping on all orders withing the continental United States.


5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, Soul Healer Coffee Company is not responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Carrier delays
• Weather-related delays
• Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

If your package appears lost or stolen, we will help you open a support claim with the carrier.


6. INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout:

• We cannot issue refunds
• Additional shipping fees may apply if the package is returned and needs to be resent

Please confirm your address carefully before placing an order.


7. ORDER MARKED “DELIVERED” BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows “Delivered,” but you cannot locate the package:

Please check:
• Your mailbox
• Porch/side door/back door
• With neighbors
• With your local post office or carrier

Once marked delivered by the carrier, we cannot replace or refund the order.


8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship internationally.
We may expand this in the future.
